11 MINING FOCUS “The success of the Dugout Canyon Mine behavior based safety program hinges on the participation rate of our workforce. Our workers are fully engaged in our program that identifies at- risk behaviors, barrier removal, as well as safe work behaviors. Participation is highlighted with our contact rate through observations.
